Phase 2 — Pattern Removal
Word Form & Line Form Clearing
Using Structured Sentences to Dissolve Karmic Thought Forms
Overview of the Process

The Phase 2 Word Form clearing process employs 36 empirically selected verbs, chosen through clairvoyant observation for their demonstrated effectiveness in removing emotional and mental blockages from the energy field. These blockages — commonly called patterns or thought forms — are systematically addressed through a series of 64 structured sentences, organized into groups of 8, covering the full range of human relationship dynamics.

Each verb is worked through a complete set of sentence forms known as Line Forms (Parts 1A through 2D). The structure of these lines is precisely engineered: the verb carries the core soul energy and determines which category of thought form is targeted. The prepositions narrow the focus. The pronouns identify the relational context — whether the work addresses external relationships, internal personality dynamics, or the vertical relationship with the Soul itself.

The lines are keys which unlock karmic residue so the Soul energy can destroy the old forms and redeem the energy locked up in them — that same energy which impels the student into emotional turmoil and mental confusion or stress. Thus, the Phase II process is a way in which karma can be changed without “living it out” — and we know of no other way.

Rainbow Bridge II, p. 183

Important prerequisite: Phase 2 clearing work should not be started until the widening phase of the central channel has been completed.

The Three Pronoun Keys

Understanding what each pronoun targets is essential to working the line forms correctly. The pronouns define the relational field being cleared:

I The personality self — though this may shift to the united soul-personality once the Soul is invoked. Represents the sense of self at the personal level.
You Not-Self. All things in the external world experienced as distinct from ‘I’. Addresses horizontal relationships — those with others.
Myself The Soul — Higher Self. Addresses vertical relationships between the personality and the Soul.

Thought forms involving I and You address external relationships (horizontal). Thought forms involving I and Myself address the internal relationship between personality and Soul (vertical).

Horizontal (I - You) Example

I never desire to do anything for you and I always do everything for you.

Vertical (I - Myself) Example

I never desire to do anything for myself and I always do everything for myself.

How the Clearing Mechanism Works

After invoking the Soul through the Soul Mantram, the student speaks the sentence aloud as the Soul. As the line is spoken, soul energy flows from the soul level through the throat center and directly impacts thought forms in the field that are resonant with the chosen verb. The soul — not the personality — determines exactly which thought forms are targeted and how they are activated. No effort or directed visualization is required beyond speaking the line while linked with the Soul.

The activation works by analogy of musical resonance: if the original thought form is tuned to middle C, the Soul activates it with the same note an octave or two higher. This influx of higher-frequency soul energy causes the thought form to shatter beyond its containment threshold. Upon exploding, it separates into high-grade energy and dense residual material. The high-grade energy is returned to the field and becomes available for constructive use. The dense material is then swept clear by the spiritual vortex during the second phase of the session.

Since the Sacred Word (AUM) contains all sounds, all words are a part of it and therefore all words are sacred according to the purpose and energy they carry.

Rainbow Bridge II, p. 166

This stands in direct contrast to how thought forms are activated by environmental triggers. When someone in the external environment activates a thought form through conflict or pressure, that activation adds energy to the pattern rather than transmuting it — the thought form grows stronger with each encounter. The Word Form process reverses this entirely: activation here leads to dissolution, not reinforcement.

Session Instructions: Step by Step
1
Choose your verb and preposition. If beginning for the first time, work the first three verbs in order: do, have, be. These carry the highest activation potential and are the foundational clearing words.
2
Say the Soul Mantram to invoke and link with soul energy before beginning.
3
Perform the Soul Star to Earth Star Triangle and vortex for 3 minutes. Move the Soul Star rapidly up the channel, imagining it spinning clockwise as it widens the channel.
4
Link in. If working with a group, send lines of light from soul star to soul star — to your group and to other groups such as the Rainbow Bridge Prototype Group or the New Group of World Servers. Solo work is fully effective; group work is helpful but not required.
5
Optional: Say the Mantram of Unification.
6
Do the line work for 5–7 minutes to activate the thought form. Say aloud once, then silently twice. Repeat the sequence. Activation is occurring whether or not surface emotion arises.
7
Invoke the spiritual vortex for 6–8 minutes to sweep clear the dense debris released from the disintegrated patterns.
8
Close with the Great Invocation.
Pacing Guidelines

Start with one line per day during the first week. Increase to 2 lines after one week. By the 4th week, increase to 4 lines per day.

Once a line has been fully cleared, lines 7 and 8 (the double positive) may be used as affirmations, producing an immediate downpour of soul energy into the field.

Combining Word Forms with Soul Star Clearing

Students have flexibility in how they combine the Word Form process with the Soul Star Clearing Technique. Some work through all 36 verbs sequentially. Others use Soul Star clearing as their primary method and selectively deploy word forms for specific pattern types they want to target — particularly those related to love, doing, having, giving, or receiving. Both approaches are valid and have demonstrated results.

Ann Meril has specifically recommended completing the first 3 words (do, have, be) from the Word Form technique before proceeding to Soul Star clearing as the primary method. The rationale is mechanistic: the word forms tend to clear external patterns first (those outside the body), while Soul Star radiation tends to clear internal patterns first. Working the first 3 words removes the obstruction created by the cage — the dense outer patterning — which then allows Soul Star radiation to penetrate and clear internal patterns more effectively. The combination accelerates the overall process.

That said, the data shows that students who use the Soul Star Clearing process exclusively also succeed in removing both external and internal patterns. The choice of method is ultimately the student’s own.

Table 1 — The 36 Verbs for Word Form Clearing

These 36 verbs were empirically selected through clairvoyant observation. Each verb, when used as the carrier in the structured line forms while linked with soul energy, activates a specific category of thought form. Begin with Set 1 in the order given.

The 64 Line Forms (Parts 1A – 2D)

The blanks in each line are filled with the chosen verb and preposition. The asterisk (*) marks each line. Lines 7 and 8 of each set are the “double positive” forms which, once cleared, function as powerful affirmations. Say aloud once, then silently twice — repeat the sequence for the full session duration.

What Consistent Practice Produces

Used consistently over time, the Word Form clearing process delivers compounding results across multiple levels of the student’s energy field and karmic structure:

Removes obstructions from the energy field and transmutes karma — potentially saving lifetimes of suffering by resolving patterns that would otherwise have to be “lived out” through repeated environmental encounters.
Releases the beneficial energies that were originally imprisoned within the distorted thought forms, restoring them to the field as usable soul energy.
Makes those reclaimed energies available to the Soul for fulfilling and expressing soul purpose with greater clarity and force.
Contributes additional energies to the Soul’s ongoing construction of the Light Body (Antahkarana / Rainbow Bridge).
Participates in the clearing of planetary patterns — individual clearing work feeds directly into the larger group and planetary transmutation process.
